Last Thursday, Wind Creek Hospitality, which is owned by the Poarch Band of Creek Indians announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement that will see Wind Creek Hospitality acquire Pennsylvania’s Sands Bethlehem casino-resort for $1.3 billion.
